GENERAL INFO:

What is the admission cost to enter the gaming park?
We do not charge an entry fee or admission to get into the gaming park! You simply load your desired amount of credits onto your Optimus Extreme Gaming Card, which has a one-time $1 fee applied. You can use our self-serve kiosk or one of our friendly staff members will be happy to help you.

What amount of credits do I need to load onto an Optimus Extreme Gaming Card?
You can load as few or as many as you want! Every $1 you spend is worth four (4) Credits. All arcade games are between 4 to 16 Credits. Bumper Cars, 12-D Theater and all Virtual Reality Games are 20 Credits, which is equivalent to $5. Laser Tag is 20 Credits, which is equivalent to $6 per game.

What is the age requirement?
We have games and activities for people of all ages. However, any child 15 years or under must be accompanied and supervised by a person 18 years or older. People 16 years of age must have proper identification to enjoy the park without adult supervision.

How old do I have to be to ride the attractions?
There is no age requirement to ride the attractions, however there are height requirements for certain rides and attractions. You must be a minimum of 48 inches to drive the bumper cars, and 42 inches to ride with an adult. You must be 48 inches to enjoy Laser Tag, 12-D Theater and all Virtual Reality Games. 

Do you sell food?
We have a full-service kitchen with a menu that offers a variety of food options for people of all ages. We also offer select alcoholic beverages for adults. 

Am I required to wear a mask?
Masks are required. In accordance with the CDC, anyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a mask or proper face covering.



FOR ALL PARTIES:

Can I bring a cake or cupcakes?
Absolutely! We will provide plates, napkins, silverware and all utensils needed for your cake-cutting and serving, should you wish to bring one with you. We do allow table and booth rental for a fee to allow you to serve cupcakes or cake to a handful of guests. This option does not come with any extra accommodations or access to fridge and freezer.

What does Optimus Entertainment provide for the guest of honor?
The birthday honoree receives extra game play tokens on their Optimus Extreme game card depending on the package purchased. 

Can I decorate for the birthday party?
Decorations are allowed, but no confetti, glitter, silly string or candles (other than for the cake). We recommend keeping decorations to a minimum to ensure clean up is quick and easy.

What are my options to extend game play?
Guests will be able to add more tokens to their Optimus Extreme Gaming Card at the self-serve kiosk at their own expense. 

What do I need to do to book a birthday party?
Book Online Now or Contact a Party Planner  and they'll book the package for you and send over a contract for you to review and sign. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a party and the balance is due seven (7) days before your party. We accept payment by cash or credit card over the phone. Then, invite your guests and we'll do the rest.

What if some of my guests do not show up? Do I still pay for them?
Each party package includes Optimus Extreme Gaming Cards for a minimum of 12 guests. If guests do not show up, the extra cards can be given to the Guest of Honor or split among the other guests to play more games. You'll be charged for a 12-person minimum, so encourage your Guests to RSVP and show up for the fun!

What happens if more guests arrive than the contracted amount?
The party rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. Although your party package covers a minimum of 12 Guests, you can pay an additional per person fee for up to eight (8) Guests. If your guest count increases beyond the capacity of the assigned event area, they are still allowed to enjoy the facility at a per person rate, but be aware the room capacity may not fit everyone. If you’re expecting more that 20 Guests, consider reserving more rooms. We have rooms that can accommodate 40 to 60 Guests. 
 
The date or time that I need for my child's birthday isn't available online. What are my options?
Only a limited amount of event space is available online. If your party date is within the upcoming week or if you do not see availability on the date or time that you are interested in, please call us at (504) 214-0219 as space may be available.

How long will my child’s birthday party last?
Kids' birthday parties are booked for two hour or three hours; however, after your scheduled event time ends, you are welcome to stay and play games in the facility for as long as you like. We offer set hours for kids' birthday parties based on schedule and availability.

How many guests are required to book a kids' birthday party?
The party packages are for at least 12 Guests. Even if you don’t think you’ll have that many Guests, the Prime Party Package still may be a more cost effective way to celebrate your birthday boy or girl because of all the accommodations you will receive.

Do I have to provide food for adults that attend my kids' birthday with their children?
Seating is provided based on kids’ birthday package count plus chaperone requirement. For adults attending, you can include them to your selected package Guest count or allow them to order off the regular restaurant menu.

How do I know that my event is confirmed?
Once you agree to the terms and conditions and pay your 50% deposit, your event is confirmed with us. You will receive a confirmation email as well as a phone call from a local sales representative within 24 business hours of booking your event online.

How do I make changes to my event after it is confirmed?
To make changes to your event after it is confirmed, please call or email your party planner. They will be happy to help you!

What needs to be done if I need to cancel my event?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event online. If you need to look into moving your event date or time, please contact your party planner and they will work with you to find alternative dates.


CORPORATE EVENTS:

Do you offer Team Building?
Optimus Entertainment offers a great environment for your team, company or organization to bring employees or members together to work on communicating, collaborating and growing as a team. You can start out with a strategy session, brainstorming meeting or team meal in a private room. Our structured team building activities on the bumper cars, laser tag arena and multi-person VR games are an excellent ice breaker for larger teams who are getting to know each other while flexible enough to keep smaller groups engaged for hours. Your guests can order from our Café or we can offer a special catering menu for you to customize your meal.

What is the minimum for private rooms?
Our private event spaces are available to rent for $150 an hour. We have AV equipment for you to present important information to your group. We require a minimum of 10 guests ordering food and drinks from our café.
