HOUSE RULES
- All children must always be accompanied by a supervising adult.
- Sharp objects such as pens, pencils, and jewelry must not be taken onto the play areas.
- We cannot accept any liability for theft. Please ensure all valuables are secured.
- Children who are unwell must not use facilities.
- No food, drinks, sweets, or gum to be taken onto the play equipment or arcade floor.
- Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children.
- Smoking is not permitted on these premises or within 25 feet of entrance.
- Please do not tamper or play with security cameras.
- Optimus Entertainment is not responsible for anything lost or stolen.
- No cheating of any kind.
- Respect other patrons and items.
- No profanity.
- Pets are not permitted – except service animals.
- Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes with or without a conceal/carry license.
- When you use the restroom, please be sure to wash your hands before entering the play area.
- If you need to file a complaint, contact the manager on duty or a member of the staff.
- Please do not stand in front of the slide exits.
- Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
- Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties will be asked to leave.
- Please no climbing on the walls, chairs, tables, or the system structure.
- Soiled or torn clothes will be admitted at the discretion of management.
- We do not allow clothing that exposes underwear/undergarments or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.
- No perceived evidence of gang affiliation is permitted.
- Children under the age of 16 are not permitted without an adult during school hours in accordance with truancy guidelines and curfew.
FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULTS IN REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY.
Safety
When you are at Optimus Entertainment, you are an extension of our family, and our number one priority is our guests’ safety. During all operating hours we have detailed security monitoring inside and around our facility, including the parking lot.
